Thought I would share two of the journal pages I've made lately (some of them are a bit private for sharing but these aren't). I was preparing this page just as a blank to use later and when I came across the Artchix muse among my collage sheets with her "spoil me" logo I started to think about that as a theme. So this is a useful information page for my nearest and dearest in case they ever want to make me really happy or cheer me up on a bad day, because it contains ideas they
might like to use ... OK OK I know I'm dreaming!!
This second page was something I really wanted to SAY, but I'm not sure I like how I've done it! I'm cross with myself that it has turned out all straight lines for starters, but it isn't nearly "
arty" enough to fit the theme. Never mind, its done now and there is already another page on the back which I don't want to waste and this one isn't
that bad is it? (if it is then TELL me)!!

Well Rosie I really like the straight line look to the page and think it's fab. So is the other one. I think you need to do different styles of pages to try things out x
These pages are fab Rosie :)
HI again,
Just wondered what the Fancy Lettering book was called that you mentioned in a earlier post? I could do with learning how to do some nice lettering.
Love your journal pages Rosie - especially the one with all those yummy foods. Definately Arty Stuff - Jacqueline xx.
lol have you had enough dieting then, hon?! xxxx
I love the straight lines:)
LOVE both these pages - I could be spoiled with the same things you like, lol - great choices. But I really, really LOVE the second page and what you wrote. It's fab - the whole design is wonderful but the words are fantastic and I love the style you've written them in. Great work.
I'm with Cath on this Rosie - both great pages and I likey those things too! But your 'I'm and artist' page is wonderful - true for many of us...I like how you bordered the quote too. x
Amazing pages Rosie. I really like the Spoil Me page. The colour wash is beautiful and the writing is one of the best part of all your pages.
I really like all the difernet boarders and doodles you put into your pages. Lots of detail to look at and admire.
Thanks for sharing =)
Rosie, these pages are gorgeous. Love them. S x
Really great pages, I love the straight lines on the artist one.
I LOVE your journal pages! So totally awesome! I am adding myself as a follower. I have only done one journal page and I loved how it turned out. Just hope I can find time to do more some time soon!

I love your journal pages, they are so full of color and great composition. I can relate to your situation, I too am on disability for my Psoratic Arthritis. I went on disability in 2000 for it (I'm now 42). I too have found true joy and happiness in my art,I'd be lost without it. That's why lately I'm concerned because my hands are starting to get really bad. I would be lost if I couldn't create art. I just have to hope and pray that it won't get to that point. At any rate, sorry to babble on, I just could relate completely to what your info. said. Take care!
Rosie, your journal pages are absolutely stunning!!! What a beautiful blog you have! Shannon just sent me a link. I will be visiting often now. Such inspiration! Any chance you could email me a copy of your spoil me journal page? I'd love to post it on my website: artchixstudio.com. LOVE it!!! : )
