This is a page made with a watercolour background (which sadly made the not very thick watercolour paper go wrinkly). I drew a border for the page and doodled/coloured it, the little bits of faces are from a Paula Best stamp. The wording records something quite profound even if I'm not sure that I've said what I mean - but it has something to do with all of us playing our part in a great piece of music ...This page was me in much more melancholy mood - just how I was feeling. I do spend the greater part of my time here in the window working away at something or other, and sometimes it does feel like life is passing me by. In reality I am doing a lot of necessary resting in order to be able to do the things I really want to do, but occasional bouts of self-pity overtake me!! I think this might have been one of them!

Great pages but I could so easily replicate the second one. I feel the same at times.
They are great pages Rosie - I particularly like the colour palette of the first one - and the lyrics are true I feel - we are unique and DO have our part to play in this great big ol' melting pot of a world we live in! The second one has a resonance with me too...I have to shake myself down and focus on the greater things ahead! Sometimes I'm amazed at how similar the people I meet in blogland are to me - it's kind of comforting, in an odd way.
I feel the same way too sometimes, but I am really grateful for you and all my other lovely blog friends who I can visit at the click of a button. - Jacqueline xx
